Lisa + David

I had been really looking forward to Lisa & David’s wedding. I knew it was going to be huge and I have to say I was not disappointed. Lisa & David are two very warm and open soulmates with a very visible love for each other and I just knew that their big day was really going to emphasize this.

Things started really early for the girls as they had to get ready for the traditional tea ceremony that was held early in the morning at both parent’s houses. Then it was back to the Sofitel for a quick change and to then head to the western ceremony held at Victoria Park reception centre.

Following the moving ceremony, everyone headed up to the Caddyshack bar for some much needed drinks. We then headed off around Brisbane for some location shoot fun before making our way to the beautifully decorated Landmark restaurant in Sunnybank for the huge reception.

Kylee + David

A little while ago I traveled up to Twin Waters to photograph the wedding of the fun loving Kylee & David.

It was a beautiful day to get married under the pandanus trees on the grounds of the picturesque Twin Waters resort.

Following the ceremony we made our way to the beach for some fun. We then headed back to the dock, from where Kylee & David made their way across the lagoon to Lilys restaurant for their reception.

Mary + Christian

I recently traveled down to the Gold Coast for the wedding of Mary & Christian. Both Mary and Christian are beautiful inside and out and it was a lot of fun capturing their big day. Their ceremony was held at the gorgeous Cedar Creek Estate at Mount Tamborine. After some photos through the vineyards and grounds we then headed down to Burleigh Heads for some further fun at the beach. We then made our way to the reception held at L’Esprit at Southport.

Christine + Neil

Recently I traveled up to Maleny to photograph the wedding of Christine and Neil.

Both the ceremony and reception was held within the grounds of the always beautiful Maleny Manor. After the lovely ceremony we walked around the grounds for photos before ducking off for some quick shots overlooking the picturesque Glasshouse mountains.

Phil & Sharyn ~ London Love

Phil & Sharyn were married at the beautiful Glengarrif at Dayboro. It was a beautiful day in the valley with loads of leaves on the vines and a great sunset over the mountains. Add great food/ drinks and brilliant company, and it was a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Phil & Sharyn personalised their ceremony talking about how they met over 7 years ago in London traveling and seeing the world together and how now being married they can tackle the world as one.

Sharyn got ready at Blue Ridge Lavender Farm. We had a lot of fun with the very shy and retiring girls (Not!!). It was great to see that Sharyn was not afraid to ‘work it’ for the camera :)

Phil got ready 10 minutes up the hill at the Ocean View Guest Lodge with lots of family and friends around to help him settle those last minute nerves!

Nicole & Jesse

Nicole and Jesse’s wedding was about the thing that was most important to them both – family. From getting married on Jesse’s Grandmothers anniversary in the same church (City Tabernacle) or having all their siblings in the bridal party, the day was about love, joy, happiness and enjoying the day as one big family.

Nicole look gorgeous in her Darb polkadot dress and the boys looked pretty spiffy too! The reception was in the marquee at Victoria Park Golf Club and we were joined by an amazing live duet, one of which is an International Operatic star who sang some amazing Italian Opera to Nicole and Jesse.

We produced a slideshow of the shots of the day through the reception which showed all the guests all the frivolity had on the location shoot!

Nicole and Jesse thanks for including us in your celebrations and for kicking it up in the photobooth! We hope you love the images.

Thanks also to Barbara at Fisheye Videography for being such a pleasure to work with!
