Megan & Ross

Megan and Ross are such a great laid back couple, they just let the day flow and made sure they had fun! (which is always fun for us!)

Megan and Ross had the ceremony at St Bernards @ Mt Gravatt followed by a reception at the Brisbane Golf Course. They also had some of the coolest cars as the transportation!

Thanks for a great day & enjoy your honeymoon.

Mary-ann & David

Saturday was the wedding of Mary-ann & David.

Mary-ann is Maltese and from a HUGE family and they all know how to have a good time! (although David’s family did the best they could to keep up!)

David & Mary-ann didn’t have the smoothest time leading up to the Wedding, Mary-ann started a new job & David hurt his eye, landing him in hospital for quite a few days, but luckily it all came together and a wonderful day was had by all.

We started the location shoot at the “Belguim Bar” in the city…

and then we moved to outside Parliment House…

and then we were given the HUGE pleasure of being able to shoot IN Parliment House, thanks to Des our tour guide/ Security Guard. This shot was in the Upper House and at this exact time a bucket load of water from the storm started coming down so we were very lucky to have arranged to shoot inside!

We then made our way to the Reception Venue – Brisbane City Hall, we were very lucky to get this shot as there was only about a 3 minute break in between all the lightning and thunder!

Again another honour to have our own personal tour guides, who took us to the Golden Mirror Room next to the Lord Mayor’s Office to capture this quiet moment between Mary-ann & David

David is a very keen fisherman (which was evident in the slideshow) and the cake was based around how they both spend the weekends in David’s boat “Give Way”.

It was great fun to be out shooting with you guys and I hope you enjoyed the photos!

ST News

We have had a big week this week, babies being born – Amanda & Scott had little baby Jack on the 5th May (9 pounds 2) and “peanut” Ari was born on the 9th May to Jane & Scott weighing in at (9 pounds 4). We are doing the newborn shoot for Ari on the weekend and will hopefully post some pictures asap.

We have been designing albums and books, thank you cards and canvas’s so lots of product designs are going out to clients and we have also been organising the final stages of our new viewing room.

We have also added a “client galleries” section to our website so client’s can log in under a password and view the photos online and forward the link to all family & friends.

We have a wedding today which we will hopefully be posting photos from shortly.

Amanda & Michael

Amanda & Michaels ceremony was held at the beautiful St Mary’s at Kangaroo Point. It is such a gorgeous church, with a fantastic priest, Father Steven.

Following the ceremony we had a quick night shoot before the reception at Customs House. We have been very excited to shoot at Customs House and I have to say it lived up to it’s reputation – Mike the Manager there is brilliant.

We hope you enjoy the photos.

A lovely mirror reflection…

We had some competition during the ceremony, this is the flower girl at the alter capturing the guest photos!

Alison & Daniel

Alison & Daniel were married on the weekend in a spectacular Maleny Manor wedding.

The Bridal Party arrived by helicopter, they had a balloon release & everybody looked gorgeous!

We hope you enjoy the shots!

Casey & Adam

Casey & Adam held an intimate ceremony with only 30 guests on Thursday at the Botanical Gardens.

Casey got ready at the Royal on the Park opposite the gardens while Adam was around the corner at the Marque on George Street Hotel. They held there reception at the Regatta. Casey and Adam had put a lot of effort into the details of the day and it showed. We hope you enjoy the photos.

All the beautiful details at the reception

Now I have a confession, whenever I am asked publically what my favourite movie is I say “Shindler’s List” and it is a superb movie. The confession is though that my actual favourite movie is Dirty Dancing (Steve refuses to watch it with me).

Casey & Adam did there bridal dance to the final dance in the movie with the moves and all! So here is a little Photo “action replay” ~ Remember “Nobody puts baby in the corner!!!” :)

Scott & Kellee

Scott & Kellee had some awesome weather for there ceremony held at Mooloolaba Beach.

Kellee looked a knockout in her gorgeous dress, Scott scrubbed up okay as well! :)

The afternoon light was beautiful and made for some sweet images.

Enjoy!

Beautiful Bride…

The boys having a “ginger ale” before the ceremony ~ it help calms the nerves!

We have a “triple header” this weekend with 3 weddings on the books, so please have patience if you are waiting for some photos, we probably won’t be blogging until Wednesday.
